Delivery Information

Standard delivery by Royal Mail (3-5 working days) is FREE on orders over £75 (£6.50 for orders below £75). 

Express delivery DHL: £25.00 - approx. 2 working days (48 hours) from order to receipt, depending on the time of day the order is placed. N.B. there is a surcharge for remote areas; remote postcodes are listed below.

You will be charged a flat delivery/shipping rate which will be applied per order, not per item.

Shipping outside the UK to the rest of the world: priced at checkout.

Any refund will be processed within 14 days of the day we received your cancellation or the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund.

Products returned due to a defect will of course be refunded in full, including the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost you incurred by sending it back as long as you can provide a receipt.

Always ask for proof of posting when returning a product; we can’t accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Exchanges 

We will of course replace items if they arrive damaged.  If you need to exchange your product for a replacement, just email us via the contact page.
