A spray is incredibly useful - combats moths, pillow mist and general home fragrance - and the biophotonic glass bottle is refillable.

Accessorise with the 50ml pipette dropper to monitor usage in the bath, washing machine and diffuser. A few drops will suffice.

• Nothing beats a bath with this particular lavender oil; add to running water either by using a pipette, the lid or pouring a few drops. Superbly aromatic and a great soak for stiffness and arthritis
